Exposition Park and Gazebo

Park Description

The Expo Park is located near the Community Building and is easily accessed from the gravel Expo Parking lot.
The small park features rich turf and a metal-roofed 40 feet hexagonal gazebo on a concrete pad near the Community Building.
The gazebo may be used as a picnic shelter, concert space or gathering site, and has electricity.
The Park is illuminated at night and vendor power is available at the base of each light pole, making this space excellent for small festivals, accommodating up to 7 vendors with power and water.
Parking lot holds approximately 100 cars.

A damage deposit is required to reserve our facilities.
Rental fees are to be paid in full 30 days prior.
The damage deposit is refunded by check from the County after the facility has been inspected for possible damages.

Submit facility rental form to inquire about renting this or any other facility available at the Fairgrounds.

Food vendors participating at events must have a current Colorado retail or food establishment license, proof of valid liability insurance, fill out a Fairgrounds vendor form, and must meet Mesa County Health Department regulations.
Promoters bringing in four or more food vendors to their event must apply for a Coordinator's Event Permit and pay the fee(s) associated with any applications/requirements with the Mesa County Health Department.
All vendor participation at any event must be discussed with Fairgrounds staff prior to the event.
Fairground vendor forms, insurance certificates, and any other related material must be returned to the Fairgrounds office for review prior to the event.
