Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP)
Support for low-income, first-time parents. Clients work with a specially-trained nurse for a healthy pregnancy and baby. Refer to NFP from early in pregnancy through 30 days after delivery.
Supplemental Program for Women, Infants, & Children (WIC)
Food and nutrition support for pregnant and postpartum people and families with children under age 5. Refer to WIC from pregnancy through children up to age 5.
Public Health Clinic
Patients can receive recommended vaccines for work, school, or travel. Patients can also receive confidential services for reproductive health for men and women.
HCP
Children from birth to age 21 with special health care needs. Free for children with special health care needs, regardless of income or diagnosis. Call 970-683-6683 or email HCP@mesacounty.us.

Your client will get connected with a Resource Navigator. They will help your client find resources like food assistance, childcare, and behavioral health.
