What can I expect with the Nurse-Family Partnership?  

• A specially trained Registered Nurse will support you during your pregnancy.

• Your nurse will stay connected until your baby is two-years old.

• You will meet wherever you are most comfortable, in your home or at our cozy offices designed for moms and babies.

• You’ll meet with your nurse a few times a month.

• They help answer practical questions about pregnancy and life with a baby

How does this program support me?
