What is our approach?  

  • Every three years we conduct the Community Health Needs Assessment in partnership with our non-profit hospitals.
  • We build data-driven action plans to guide our community work.
  • Our team works alongside local partners. Our shared goals move us toward a healthier community.

Read the Clifton community commons vision plan

The Clifton Community Commons Vision Plan will serve as a long-term action plan to connecting and enhancing existing schoolyards and neighborhood parks, improve access to the Colorado Riverfront, develop safe routes, and expand natural open spaces.

This vision document was made possible by Great Outdoors Colorado.
