While unincorporated Mesa County doesn’t currently have a weed ordinance, many municipalities in Mesa County do have weed maintenance requirements for property owners. The requirements may also include weed management in adjacent roadways and alleys.

Before building, remodeling or installing a structure on your property, contact your area Community Development Department to determine requirements and to receive the appropriate permit.

Mesa County Motor Vehicle requirements
Demolition of a mobile home has different requirements dependent on whether the mobile home was on a permanent foundation (considered real property) or never on a permanent foundation (not considered real property). Visit Mesa County Motor Vehicle's Manufactured Home Titles or stop by one of their office locations for more information.
