Property tax due dates

Statements are mailed in January each year.

Full Payment : Due April 30

Half Payments : (The full amount will be broken into two equal payments)

1st payment - February 28 (February 29 in 2024) / 2nd payment - June 15

Remember if you have a mortgage and you have your taxes held in escrow your mortgage company will cover your payment.  If you pay first then you have to get your escrow from your mortgage company.
