First-Ever Spanish Sample Ballots Available on Mesa County Website

Are you a Spanish-speaking Mesa County voter?

The 2023 Coordinated Election is coming up, and for the first time, Spanish Sample Ballots are available on the Mesa County website.

Although Spanish Sample ballots are not a state requirement in Mesa County, the Mesa County Elections office sees the importance of making the voting process accessible to all residents and prioritized including them this year. 

"Ensuring every Mesa County resident has access to vital election information is a priority," Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Bobbie Gross said. "We are proud to offer Spanish Sample Ballots for the first time, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity in the voting process and adding the opportunity to hear from more voters."

A sample ballot is a mock version of an electoral ballot provided to voters before election day and gives voting instructions.
