During the Dec. 19 administrative public hearing, the Board of County Commissioners approved a $1,268,560 agreement for the design completion of the Rosevale Road Drainage Improvement Project.

The project aims to complete a full drainage design for Rosevale Road to alleviate localized flooding. 

The project will include:

  • Geotechnical investigation
  • Environmental, hydraulic, and hydrologic modeling
  • Obtaining Right of Way (ROW) and permits
  • Alternative analysis benefit-cost analysis
  • Final design plans

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) partially funds the design agreement through a grant award of federal funds.
