Everyone deserves mental health support when they need it. Mental Health Awareness Month is a great time to raise awareness of the importance of mental health in individuals of all ages.

If you or someone you know needs support, we encourage you to take the first step toward a healthier lifestyle by visiting our website. There, you can easily access various resources.

Grand Valley Connects helps anyone in Mesa County find resources, including:

  • Behavioral health
  • Childcare
  • Educational programs
  • Employment services
  • Disability services
  • Family support
  • Food assistance
  • Medical health
  • Health coverage
  • Help with utility bills
  • Veteran services

After you complete the referral form, a resource navigator will start the conversation. You can meet your navigator wherever you feel most comfortable: on the phone, in our office, or at a local spot in the community. Your resource navigator will listen to your needs and offer support throughout the entire process, making a plan tailored to you.

If you are in a crisis, call 911 or the Colorado Crisis Line at 1-844-493-8255.

Please take our survey here by June 3 to offer your insights on the current state of mental health services in our community and identify areas for improvement.
