The Mesa County Foster Pet Challenge is in full swing! This initiative, a partnership between Mesa County and Roice-Hurst Humane Society, calls upon our community to embrace compassion by fostering pets in need. Temporary foster homes provide vital care and comfort to animals as they eagerly await their forever homes and open up space in shelters for new animals. The campaign has set an ambitious target of 100 new foster families within 100 days, from June 20 to Sept. 28, 2023. Let's make a difference together!

We challenge you to open your heart and home during this time of need. Become a foster family and provide a shelter pet with safety and comfort within the confines of your own home. To get started, visit RHhumanesociety.org/foster and sign up as a foster family.
