MM-39.45-H.75 Rapid Creek Culvert Replacement
RFP-24-03159-RCCR
Project Summary
- The MM-39.45-H.75 Culvert is a 10-foot corrugated metal pipe constructed in 1987 that is showing signs of corrosion and nearing completion of its service life.
- Additionally, the road/visibility geometry creates some functional obsolescence that needs to be addressed.
- The culvert provides a crossing for Rapid Creek on Rapid Creek Road which is a singular primary access for several residences along with the Ute Water plant, a critical service utility for much of the Grant Valley urban area.
- Once the design alternatives are evaluated, the consultant will be tasked with final design of the select alternative along with all supporting documents to facilitate a bid for construction.
