MM-39.45-H.75 Rapid Creek Culvert Replacement

The MM-39.45-H.75 Culvert is a 10-foot corrugated metal pipe constructed in 1987 that is showing signs of corrosion and nearing completion of its service life.
Additionally, the road/visibility geometry creates some functional obsolescence that needs to be addressed.
The culvert provides a crossing for Rapid Creek on Rapid Creek Road which is a singular primary access for several residences along with the Ute Water plant, a critical service utility for much of the Grant Valley urban area.
Once the design alternatives are evaluated, the consultant will be tasked with final design of the select alternative along with all supporting documents to facilitate a bid for construction.
