The Mesa County Attorney is appointed by the Mesa County Board of County Commissioners and oversees the County Attorney's Office. The County Attorney's Office provides legal advice to the Mesa County Board of County Commissioners, and upon the Commissioners' consent, represents Mesa County Elected Officials, boards, commissions and various Mesa County government departments.
